Services:
4, 1-hour in person training sessions per month. All canceled sessions must be made up within 30 days of the canceled sessions and all cancellations must be canceled no more than 12 hours prior to session.
4, 1 hour in person training sessions per month, customized training program with app and videos and Nutritional Guidance and advice. Must make up any canceled sessions within 30 days of missed canceled sessions. Must cancel any session 24 hours before session in order to keep session and have the opportunity to make it up. 4-month contract required
8, 1 hour training sessions per month. Includes nutrition coaching, customized training program with app. All canceled training sessions must be made up within 30 days of the canceled session and must give at least a 12-hour notice in order to keep the session. Requires a 4-month contract.
4-week custom training plan, with videos for every exercise, direct messaging for questions, includes nutritional guidance and nutrition coaching plus 20-minute bi-weekly check ins via zoom, FaceTime or phone call (whatever the client prefers). Must use My fitness pal or macros + to track food. 4- month contract required.
Custom Online Training Program with app and videos for all exercises. Weekly check in via email or messaging for accountability, in app messaging for questions regarding program anytime. 4 month commitment required.
Hello My name is Rachel Bundy, I currently reside in Las Vegas, Nevada. I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2014. Since completing my Personal Training certification in 2014, I have received a Corrective Exercise Certification, became a certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach and completed a Strength and Conditioning certification. I completed my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in 2022. I completed my master’s degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition in December of 2024. I have been working as a personal trainer since 2014 and I have worked with hundreds of clients ranging from the age of 14-72 with many different fitness goals. I enjoy helping my clients reach their goals by teaching them how to safely and correctly perform exercises, teaching them about nutrition on a deeper level to improve micronutrient needs, rather it be related to insufficient nutrition intake, improving gut health, going through their lab results and customizing a plan to improve their bloodwork, and holding them accountable through our weekly check ins. I have a deep passion for corrective exercise and injury prevention, which became more apparent after undergoing two Tibial osteotomy surgeries in 2021 to eliminate pain in my knees and ankles by correcting my varus deformity I had since a child. I love helping people live healthier and more active lives through movement while also focusing on improving eating habits and nutritional intake.
