4-week custom training plan, with videos for every exercise, direct messaging for questions, includes nutritional guidance and nutrition coaching plus 20-minute bi-weekly check ins via zoom, FaceTime or phone call (whatever the client prefers). Must use My fitness pal or macros + to track food. 4- month contract required.
Custom Online Training Program with app and videos for all exercises. Weekly check in via email or messaging for accountability, in app messaging for questions regarding program anytime. 4 month commitment required.
