About Pawel

I had always been passionate about health and enjoyed helping others achieve their goals. Indeed, I am now loving my life as a Personal and Online Trainer. I've been able to make a difference for clients to reach their fitness objectives – weight loss, toning, strength, endurance, confidence, pain relief.

I really enjoy talking to each one to understand what makes them tick and to figure out the best way to motivate them to train better. I customise exercise programmes based on each individual's unique needs and objectives.

So when we train together, we define specific targets just for you...and reaching your goals becomes my goal. I train you online, but I also give extensive advice on nutrition and lifestyle to motivate you beyond the gym. Exercising and working out does not have to be a chore - it will be fun when we train together.

I specialise in helping mums to improve their energy, confidence and figure.
