Wednesday: 5:30pm - 6:30pm (Bailey Road Park - TRACK) Saturday: 9:30am - 10:30am (PhysioFit Physical Therapy) Teacher: Elaina Moore Launch Speed Lab is built on a simple idea: speed is a skill, and skills are taught. This curriculum is not a collection of drills — it is a progressive system where every week builds on the last. Athletes who complete all six weeks will not just be faster. They will understand how they move, why it matters, and how to keep improving. Wednesday sessions at the track build and test speed in the environment where it matters most. Saturday sessions at PhysioFit build the mechanics, power, and body awareness that make the track work stick. The two locations are not interchangeable — they are designed to complement each other week by week.

Hey there! I’m Holden your strength and performance coach. I help young athletes develop real world power, speed, and most importantly, confidence!
I’ve been in the fitness industry for years and I’m really good at creating a fun enviroment to grow physically and mentally. I use a data driven style of training that combines gym workouts with progression on the field. Whether you are a baseball player trying to get faster to first base, a parent wanting your child to be faster and stronger on the field, or an adult who just wants to get stronger, be more mobile, and avoid injuries, I can help you out.
I customize and personalize my training programs. I use an app called Trainerize that incorporates evidence based strength training, explosive plyometrics, sprint mechanics, and recovery. I get really excited to see my clients hit personal records like jumping higher, running a faster 20-yard dash, or just feeling great while playing in a game.
Outside of the gym, Im married to my beautiful wife Anna. I love spending my time outdoors and sitting on the couch watching football. I know the youth sports world very well, and how important it is to have fun. I make training effective, engaging, and fun! No generic plans here.
