EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Foam Roller PVC pipe or Broomstick Yoga Block/s Lacrosse/Tennis Ball Floor & Wall space This is a subscription-based program that auto-renews, but you have the ability to self-cancel at any time! Personal Training Discount for Program Members: I offer a free, 30-minute help session for people in this program if you have program questions or physical issues and would like advice specific to you. If you would like a longer session, the rest of the hour can be prorated to my weekday hourly rate (£175/hr) with a 15% discount.
