- 8-week Strength & Conditioning specifically for Runners - Reduce injury - Improve speed - Running Technique Drills - Mobility sessions - Video Exercise Guides Plan Overview This training programme is developed by a UK Athletics and Performance Coach and is built of two strength and conditioning sessions per week that will develop muscle, strength and power specifically for runners. Sessions are adaptable for the gym, home gym or with just the use of resistance bands. During the 8 weeks you will develop abdominal core strength. Learn fundamental running drills to improve your technique and gait. As well as learn expert plyometric exercses. Sessions are built into a calendar for ideal programming for 2 - 3 running sessions per week but can be adapted to suit your needs. In addition to the programme, you are entered into a community for group accountability and motivation.
