- weekly check ins and feedback - access to the app where you can track your progress, complete daily & weekly tasks, view training videos or record a training that's been created just for you - nutritional advise and supplement recommendations (if necessary) - macronutrient targets (if you chose to track your food) otherwise example meal plan and other nutritional interventions depending on your needs - we will be working on behaviour change as well to help you change your lifestyle and establish certain habits which will be useful for the rest of your life - weekly check in followed by my written feedback - support, accountability , ability to get in touch and get your questions answered 24/7 - any adjustments to your plan, whether it's training or nutrition - invites to any group events (possibly held in future) - access to any group ZOOM workouts that are held during lockdown
