This is an add-on for an extra Small group workout session/week. Your session will take place on an agreed day and agreed time If you wish not to carry on with small group workouts, you have to let me know at least 14 days before the next payment comes off As for your 1:1 sessions, this will be running on a monthly basis and includes one FREE session (you are paying ONLY for 3 sessions/month, 4th one is for free for when I am on holiday) My next holiday is scheduled from 10th of March - 19th of March
