The PT Starter seven gives you a total of 8 hours with a trainer - 1 hour of movement assessment complete with a consultation - 7 1:1 personal training sessions at a discounted rate This package gives you the ability to see if personal training is right for you, not to mention have someone take you around the gym to try some exciting advanced equipment that you would normally never find in your local commercial gym! Hi, I’m Kristina Newson — Personal Trainer & Menopause Lifestyle Coach

💪 HOW IT ALL STARTED
Fitness became a huge part of my life in 2014 when I made the commitment to compete in my first bodybuilding competition.
I knew I couldn't do it alone, so I invested in a personal trainer. That decision changed everything. I didn’t just gain strength — I gained knowledge, insight, and a deep respect for how powerful fitness can be, both physically and mentally. I was hooked.
🎯 WHY I COACH
Soon after, I realized I wanted to help others experience that same transformation — not just to look better, but to feel better, live longer, and move through life with more freedom.
Whether your goal is to walk up stairs without getting winded, feel strong in your skin again, or simply show up for yourself consistently — I’m here to help you figure it out, step by step.
Sometimes people don’t even know what their goals are until someone asks the right questions. That’s where I come in.
🧠 MY APPROACH
Since 2016, I’ve worked with clients aged 15 to 65 — all with different needs, goals, and obstacles. I love solving problems and thinking outside the box to create custom solutions for each person.
If something is within my scope but unfamiliar, I’ll dive deep into the research, take a course, or seek out the tools to help you succeed. I’ll do my part — if you commit to doing yours.
