    A 50–60 minute assessment to measure all aspects of a client's overall fitness including mobility, endurance, and strength. Suitable for all fitness levels. -What it includes: Anthropometric: Weight, height, waist circumference (bioimpedance) Aerobic Capacity: Treadmill walking test Musculoskeletal Capacity: Push-ups/plank, balance, flexibility test -Who it's for: Beginners starting an exercise program, advanced individuals tracking progress, or anyone wanting to assess their fitness level. -Protocols: All tests follow Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) standards. -Outcome: You'll receive a clear picture of your current fitness level to guide future training (training program available separately). --------------- Une évaluation de 50 à 60 minutes pour mesurer tous les aspects de la condition physique globale d'un client, y compris la mobilité, l'endurance et la force.
