Hi, I’m Ben Walters, an experienced personal trainer and online fitness coach specialising in helping people over 40 reclaim their health, reduce pain, and rebuild their strength. With over a decade in the fitness industry and a personal journey of losing over 55 kg (121 pounds), I know first-hand how challenging it can be to overcome injuries, shed excess weight, and regain confidence.

After facing multiple knee reconstructions and years of living with discomfort, I’ve transformed my body and my life into one that is strong, pain-free, and confident. Now, I’m on a mission to help others do the same.
