About Matthew

My name is Matthew Crittenden and I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). With nearly 20 years background in martial arts, NASM certified, and bachelors in Exercise Science, I have developed a strong passion to help people reach their health and fitness goals. I have successfully trained/coached clients that include fat loss, muscle gain, chronic health diseases, woman’s health, geriatrics, and pre/post-rehab.

The main focus I bring to you is fat loss. With obesity being one of the major problems leading to negative chronic health conditions, I wish to implement a fat loss program personally designed for you to live a long and healthy life.
