Services:
A 30 minute introductory conversation to discuss goals, preferences and potential training recommendations.
A personalized 4 week plan, designed after a brief consultation call to determine your specific goals, equipment access and schedule. This program will include access to exercise program and habit tracking. You also get communication with me whenever you want along the way for feedback, questions and adjustments as needed.
A single one hour virtual session for training or consulting.
Must have already purchased the initial 4 Week Personalized Plan. If a larged adjustment or reassessment of goals is needed after 8-12 weeks on the current program, we can meet to reassessment and build an updated 4 week plan.
8 Virtual Sessions to be used as necessary for consultations or workout sessions. Ideally utilized as twice a week over the course of a month but can be spread out as the client prefers. Expires after 6 months.
Hi! I'm Maddie, a passionate health and fitness professional. I grew up in Northern Virginia as an athlete playing competitive volleyball through college, competing in NCAA D3 at Emerson College. After graduation, I put sports aside to pursue my career in film production but quickly found a need for the structure and discipline of a fitness routine for my overall well-being. I started exploring Group Fitness through ClassPass and loved the class environment. I eventually got certified as a Group Fitness and Personal Trainer so that I could share my knowledge and inspire others to move their bodies as well. I taught Spin, Strength and Yoga at SPENGA in Pasadena but that was quickly ended due to the pandemic. I transitioned to outdoor and virtual bootcamp classes for my community while pushing myself through my own 75 Hard Challenge. Near the end of the pandemic, I began coaching HIIT Classes at DTLA Fitness and joined Pharos Athletic Club where I got introduced to Crossfit and Olympic Lifting. When DTLA ended its group class offerings, I pursued a coaching position at Pharos Athletic Club where I take personal training clients and coach their Booty Gains class among other strength and conditioning classes. I also discovered a passion for Hot Yoga Sculpt and got certified as an instructor at YogaBox in Hollywood.I recently completed a Mental Wellbeing Certification which allows me to provide more holistic to my clients and encourage the benefits of movement on our emotional and mental health. Now, I will be pursuing a Nutrition Certification as well.
