Hi, I’m Marisol—mom of three, grandmother, personal trainer, and founder of Marisol Fit Inspire.
For years, I put everyone else first. I was a stay-at-home mom, a full-time caregiver, and constantly running on empty. I was overweight, exhausted, and didn’t feel like myself anymore. My health—and my confidence—took a backseat.
Everything shifted in my mid-40s when perimenopause hit. Instead of accepting the changes, I made a decision: take back control. I committed to moving my body, fueling it properly, and rebuilding my strength—physically and mentally. That journey didn’t just transform my body—it changed my entire life.
Now, I help women—especially those in midlife—do the same.
I coach busy women who feel stuck, frustrated, and disconnected from their bodies. Women who are tired of starting over, tired of quick fixes, and ready for something that actually works.
