This coaching platform delivers the same principles I use with my private, in-person clients — through a streamlined, app-based system designed to be intentional, not overwhelming. No extremes. No tracking or restricting; but informed guidance of training, nutrition, and habits handled with structure and accountability towards progress. What’s Included: Structured Training Programs- Professionally, Customized plans for at-home or gym training, delivered through a private app with guided video demonstrations and built-in progression.     The Precision Plan is a one-time, fully customized workout program crafted to align perfectly with your goals, fitness level, and available equipment. Whether you’re looking to build strength, lean muscle, lose fat, improve endurance, or target specific muscle groups, this program provides everything you need to make the most of your time in the gym or at home. What’s Included: -Goal-Oriented Workouts: Each exercise and workout split is chosen to support your personal fitness goals and capabilities. - Tailored for Your Gym Setup: I’ll design this program based on your gym's equipment or any specific home gym, or equipment available that you prefer to use. Easy to follow, efficient, and set up for success in your gym space. - Clear Instructions & Demonstrations: Every workout is delivered through our app with detailed instructions, and video demonstrations. ( progress tracking and changes are only available on the coaching options like Train & Transform or Sculpt & Sustain which yield the best results and accountability). You will have access to this plan for 8 weeks on the app (8 weeks is a usual timeline for the first "phase" of a workout plan to really settle inn & allow for changes within your lifestyle, schedule, etc. before implementing any changes). After the 8 weeks is up you are more than welcome to inquire about 1:1 coaching, any other services, or to continue with the precision plan. Updates will be given based on feedback, consistency, and needed changes when renewed; but as a reminder this is a ONE time plan and will not be altered once given. If you are looking for amore flexible option, 1:1 coaching or Train & Transform is the way to go.

Easily log workouts, monitor improvements, and see your gains over time, so you always know just how far you've come and how much further you will go. - Bi-Weekly Check-Ins: Every two weeks, we’ll check in with photos and body stat progress updates (questionnaire included) to keep you on track. If you need extra guidance, I’m here to provide form checks and make necessary adjustments. I have been training for over 10 years, as well as partaking in competitive bodybuilding reaching a 4th place national accreditation, as well as a CPT and PPSC. I take pride in pushing my clients to their fullest potential while still living their life.
