I’m an award-winning personal trainer & performance coach at Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing.

I’ve helped the team secure x3 F1 Esports World Championships alongside training Sebastian Job x4 iRacing PECCGB Champion & x2 World Champion to prepare both physically and mentally to drive a real Porsche GT car & F1 car on track.

With 10 years experience I’ve coached clients to achieve sustainable results based on individual circumstances to optimise their health through nutrition, mindset, recovery and physical adaptations.
