You’ll receive; - access to the coaching app - tailored workout plans with demos - goal tracking & habit setting - nutritional guidance and meal ideas - daily communication - bi-weekly accountability check-ins via WhatsApp - in-app 4-week picture & measurement tracking - on-going analysis & progress report every 4-6 weeks, typically via pre-recorded but can arrange video call upon request - access to me both in-app and via WhatsApp regarding any questions, form checks etc You’ll also receive recommendations, exclusive perks, and ebooks to further support your journey. Over the course of 3 months, you'll receive a workout designed to build muscle and total body strength. 3 phases are included and designed to get progressively harder as you enter each approaching month. Phase 1: Testing, priming the body for whats to come. Phase 2: Challenge, you'll be focused on working hard and remaining consistent. Phase 3: Build, new found muscle means maintenance - you WILL be stronger! Next steps, do the 12 week shred to show off your gains or purchase one of our monthly plans for continuous development. This plan will give you access to all workouts, nutritional guidance and in-app messaging to communicate with your coach. ATTN: Please be aware that this plan is generic. I’ve helped the team secure x3 F1 Esports World Championships alongside training Sebastian Job x4 iRacing PECCGB Champion & x2 World Champion to prepare both physically and mentally to drive a real Porsche GT car & F1 car on track.
