Come take your first Be Strong Class! Class Times: Mon/Wed: 6am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm Tue/Thu: 6am, 7am 9am Once you sign up, you'll receive a message to book your first free class! You will have app access for 1 week, and by signing up you get one free class. You must book your class within 1 week of signing up.
