    Come take your first BStrong Class! Class Times: Mon/Wed: 6am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm Tue/Thu: 6am, 7am, 9am Fri: 12pm Once you sign up, you'll receive a message to book your first free class! You will have app access for 1 week, and by signing up you get one free class. You must book your class within 1 week of signing up.

  • Lift for a Cause

    Come join us for a donation-based BStrong strength class supporting those impacted by SNAP funding on Saturday November 22nd at 9am located at Hella Strength in Willow Glen! Once you've downloaded the app, you'll receive a message with instructions for how to sign up for class. The class will be a beginner/intermediate strength training class. No experience required! Please bring a non-perishable food item to class that will be donated to the Second Harvest of Silicon Valley. The most-needed food items are: Canned tuna, chicken or salmon Peanut butter Meals in a can (soup, stew chili) Low-sodium, canned vegetables Canned fruit in own juice or water Olive or canola oil Spices cinnamon, chili powder, cumin, salt-free spice blends) Canned foods with pop top lids Low-sugar whole grain cereals Granola bars, nuts, dried fruit Rice and dry beans
