I’ve worked with people in all stages of life including active agers, and individuals with special needs. I love designing programs that help each person feel supported, empowered, and are genuinely enjoyable. Designing customized workout plans isn’t just my profession—it’s something I truly love.
When I’m not coaching, I’m usually creating new workouts or continuing my education as a trainer. Outside the gym, I enjoy traveling with my husband, walking our dogs, and spending time with family. When it's time to recharge, the desert or the ocean is where I'll be.
