I'm Mike — Head Sprint and S&C coach at Bribie Island Surf Clubs, and the coach behind Invictus Strength & Conditioning. Six years building speed, force and resilience in athletes who compete.

I've taken dozens of general population clients through the same system — strength, speed, weight loss, and health that actually holds. The programming doesn't change and the standard doesn't drop. You just get an approach built for performance rather than one built for a six-week challenge.

I build programs to be hard, but to also deliver measurable results. My training is intense, I love tracking data and building on what works.

No challenges. No motivation posts. If you want to be told you're doing great, I'm the wrong coach.
