This is classic personal training done right. You’ll train twice per week, one-on-one with me in the gym, with workouts designed specifically for you — not generic routines. Each session is purposeful, progressive, and results-driven, helping you build strength, tone your body, and gain confidence. This option is about showing up, moving your body, and getting stronger — with hands-on coaching that keeps every session effective. When you’re ready to take things further, you can upgrade to Fitness & Nutrition Coaching for added nutrition support, app guidance, and full accountability.

This is full coaching in your pocket. You get access to personalized workouts, nutrition guidance, and ongoing support, all tailored to your goals. Your weekly workouts combine strength, interval, and toning exercises, so you feel and see meaningful changes in your body. Nutrition is strategic and practical: together, we’ll set macros, design flexible meal plans, and habit-based strategies that fit your life and support fat loss while preserving muscle. You’ll also track progress, energy, steps, hydration, and food intake, and I’ll give guidance to keep you on track. With direct access to me and a private online community, you have all the accountability and support you need — without in-person sessions. Flexible, full support, and results-focused.

A single, in-person personal training session for women who want a traditional training experience without a monthly commitment. This session is hands-on and intentional. You’ll train with me in the gym with a workout tailored to you for that day, focusing on proper form, strength, movement, and building confidence in the gym. It’s ideal if you’re new to personal training, getting back into a routine, or simply want focused guidance for a session or two. This option is designed for standalone training only. For consistency, structure, and long-term results, my monthly coaching options provide a more complete experience.
