Upon activation of your free trial, I will be in touch with you to discuss your current wellness status, nutrition habits, primary goals and any other tasks to include on your daily checklist. We will discuss any preexisting conditions, injuries, etc. and build out your custom wellness plan from there based on your dietary preferences and what kind of equipment you have access to.
The 4 months wellness coaching is long enough to establish a foundation and jump start your healthier lifestyle changes. This package consists of full fitness, nutrition, and holistic health coaching. Spots are limited as I can only work with a limited number of people at a time to ensure my full attention and availability to you. Each program is built to for YOU, specific to your needs. This program will take you through a foundation building program with up to 5 workouts every week! It is up to you to decide what you have time for. If you can only do 2-3 workouts I suggest an upper body and lower body split of some sort. The more exercise sessions you can do, the better your results will be. Take your time, learn to control the movements, and focus on maintaining good form while having fun!
This at home program incorporates high intensity interval training (HIIT) for cardio and resistance bands (or dumbbells) for isolated muscle stimulation. You will start building your cardiovascular endurance as well as the foundational muscle in your resistance training program.
