I honestly began my fitness journey about 15 years ago and I have worked with a handful of trainers who all have helped me in my personal transformation.
My career in training started out of pure serendipity. I verbally coached a really close friend of mines to help her reach her fitness goals. When I saw her transformation I realized just how much I was in love with helping people to achieve their goals. I took a few months to study and test to receive my Personal Trainer and Small Group Instructor Certification from Ace Fitness.
I am very passionate about teaching and leading, I love sharing nutrition tips and I am most excited to be able to incorporate some mindfulness and meditation practices into my fitness programs.
I believe that every woman has an inner bad ass within her, I am here to help you find and unleash her!
