Cut- slowly enter into a cutting phase where you will shred fat, keep lean muscle on your body for definition, and become a lean machine! What to expect: 1. BI-WEEKLY check ins sent to you for extra 1-1 support (check in form sent out every two weeks with voice messaging feedback) 2.Workouts laid out for you to do 4x per week 3. Nutrition goals- your calories and macros calculated so you know exactly how much to eat (updated every 2 weeks or as needed) 4. Habit goals- goals to focus on each month to push you closer to your goals (water, steps, alcohol, etc. goals) 5.
