Based upon an individual evaluation, this entails a fully customed fitness, vocal, recovery and cardio program which is delivered via the Trainerize app and updated on a weekly basis This option revolves around us communicating on a weekly basis with Stephanie and Chris to update your program for the next week based upon your schedule and feedback.\ This works in the following ways: Feedback provided from checking in to your workouts Questions answered via the messaging app (We will either text you back or record a audio or video response within 24 hours) Zoom call every week (Switching between calls with Chris and Stephanie) 4. All of our calls and information for this program are archived and accessible in your Trainerize app. 5.. Our expectation of you is that you check in to workouts and exercises, show up to meetings, ask questions and provide feedback so we can effectively coach you through the program. 6..
