This session consists of an initial call to discuss your specific needs and create a gameplan. During our initial call, we will: Discuss your individual goals and needs Perform an assessment of your current physical and biomechanical capabilities Create exercises for vocal warm up and recovery Create a program schedule that fits your specific needs If this is a follow up call, we will: Discuss programs and program updates Review progress and re-assess key goals Update your program and warm up activities
