Here is a full body workout plan for the beginner who has access to just dumbbells and a bench. We've included exercises that can be done by almost anybody. You will also get the chance to decide just how hard you want to push by selecting your own weights. Most workouts take around 30-minutes to complete. In weeks 5-8, we slightly up the intensity and add a little bit more work.

Goals. He has been certified by the American Council of Exercise (ACE) since 1996. Rob has been successful as a competitive bodybuilder, winning his weight class in the Mr. Cincinnati contest and placing second in his weight class at the Natural Mr. Ohio contest. This experience has helped him effectively assist clients with meal planning and supplementation.
Rob has worked with people from all walks of life including new fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and competitive bodybuilders.
Rob has Competed and Placed in 10 Bodybuilding Shows. He has placed as high as 1st place in the bantam wt. Mr. Cincinnati and The Natural Ohio which he took 2nd place in the light weight, and he has also done OCR Tough Mudder Spartan, and Battle Frog
