I’m Mandy, and I help women rebuild strength and confidence in their bodies. As our hormones, metabolism, and energy change, the old “eat less and do more cardio” approach stops working. My approach focuses on building muscle to support metabolism, protect joints, and create sustainable weight loss or weight maintenance. I teach women how to train with intention, fuel their bodies properly, and stop chasing quick fixes that lead to burnout. Strength isn’t about extremes it’s about consistency, progression, and learning how to work with your body instead of against it.
