Options are available with or without in-person personal training sessions depending on the level of support you need.

You’ll both receive nutrition targets, habit coaching, weekly check-ins, food log review, accountability, and adjustments as needed throughout the program. This is a great option for couples who want to improve consistency, make better food choices, plan meals together, and support each other while working toward healthier routines.
