You will have built in recovery days focusing on mobility, cardiovascular days to create a strong engine, and strength days to build a base of resilience. Additionally, you'll receive nutrition guidance to ensure your are fueling for performance properly - a breakdown of macros that are best suited for you body and needs. Every week is intentional. Every session has a purpose. Every adjustment is made based on your progress, your feedback and your life outside of training. Whether it's pacing, strength, engine building or race strategy - we refine it together in real time. Online Personal Training (OTP) is offered in 6, 12 and 18 Week Periods. All programs are distinctly created for YOU and your goals! Structured planning is important to any goal whether you have a race coming up, looking to build muscle, lose body fat or create healthy habits and learn more about lifelong fitness. In addition, as a CNC (Certified Nutrition Coach), I offer basic nutritional guidance with all of my Personal Plans - additionally, there is an option to join my Mind Body Bite Nutrition Method cohorts or evergreen courses at an exclusive discount. After an assessment of your targets, a 6-Week plan is delivered to your app. Nothing is cookie-cutter for the masses. I will assemble tutorial videos so there are clear understandings of the movements as well as check in with you weekly or more often as needed for updates regarding your progress. Your 6 Weeks will have 7 Days of guided planning that YOU are a part of creating. Up to 4 written protocol days weekly with suggestions for your week to support your recovery, mobility, and additional endeavors. Personal training can be virtual and still very PERSONAL!
