Working with an online coach means you will be working with me remotely. You will have a customized workout plan that would be executed alone. However, I will be providing ongoing support during your fitness journey. You will also have access to message me with videos of your lifts and/ or general questions.
1 on 1 personal training allows you to have my undivided attention. Not only do I program your workouts but I will be with you the entire time. This allows me to make sure you are executing the exercises correctly and safely. Each session is 1 hour. This is a biweekly payment of 2 sessions a week.
