The EJW Crew coaching program is perfect for those who know their way around the gym (or home) and just want to have their workouts made for them and ready to go in the app. You'll be able to select from premade programs and follow them from start to finish, or mix and match as you see fit. When you first join The Crew, we will discuss your goals and look at different programs to start with. You will also immediately have access to the EJW Crew on demand library of workouts. On top of that, you will also join the EJW Crew community, to interact with others who are pursuing their own fitness/wellness goals. I will check in with you each week via in-app messaging to see how you are doing with your workouts, but you can also add-on virtual meetings with me for goal setting, training questions, or an assessment!
