A little about myself -I’m 28 and in menopause — and for a while, I felt completely lost.”

When I found out I was going through early menopause, it hit hard. I thought:

So I did what I do best — I trained, I researched, I tested everything on myself and with doctors… and I rebuilt my body and mindset.
