    For the person who wants private, hands-on coaching without having to figure out the gym, commute to a facility, or build their entire routine from scratch. This is for people who want to get stronger, move better, improve body composition, and stay consistent — but need the training to fit into real life, not the other way around. You’ll train with me once per week in person using a simple, effective strength-based setup. I bring the core equipment needed for the session — dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, mats, and other essentials — so we can train at your place, outdoors, or in another suitable private space without needing a full gym. The in-person session supports the rest of your online program. We’ll use that time to coach your technique, dial in exercise substitutions, adjust your setup, review how hard you should be training, and make sure the workouts in the app are realistic for your schedule, space, and equipment. That way, when you train on your own, you’re not guessing. Each session is built around strength training, proper technique, progressive overload, mobility where needed, and creating a routine that feels realistic instead of overwhelming. If you have access to a home gym or apartment gym, we can use that too and build your plan around the equipment available there. Includes a structured training program delivered through the app, basic calorie and macro targets, biweekly check-ins, progress tracking, messaging support, and one in-person training session each week.
