I’ve been a Personal Trainer since 2015 and I now coach my clients online as I work for the London Ambulance Service whilst being a mum too. I have learnt so much throughout my time being a personal trainer and how training has an effect both mentally and psychically on the body.
I promote a healthy balanced lifestyle where training should fun and enjoyable. I’m a huge advocate for everything in moderation and really finding that balance in life with health and fitness. No crazy training days or 1000 calorie diets! Food for fuel and training for your goals and endorphins, improving your strength and overall health and wellbeing.
Being a shift worker, I understand how important rest and recovery is, so your plan is worked out for your individual needs.
I also help women improve their PCOS symptoms through diet, exercise and lifestyle. I am so passionate about women's health and understand that everyone has different needs.
After becoming a mum myself I understand the struggle of finding the time to exercise and looking after yourself again, so this is an area I focus on with my post natal clients.
