    This 7 day plan will give you the experience of a week of workouts within the app - including core & mobility sessions, full body resistance workouts, habit tracking tools and an On-Demand yoga class! You can try each one, but you don't have to complete them all if you don't have the time. It is a trial designed to give you an idea of what the Calma Health App is like and how the online coaching & programming works. You will have access to habit accountability tools and a simple meal plan to follow. You will also receive a copy of the Coaching Expectations Guide so you know how you will be supported through working with Calma Health and what you can best do to get the results you desire. About Sharna

I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Sports Nutritionist and Wellness Coach working passionately to help men and women increase vitality and quality of life through movement, nutrition, mindset and recovery.
I started in the fitness industry in 1998 as an aerobic instructor when I was 16 years old.
From there I have studied a Bachelor Degree in Human Movement Science and a Post Graduate Degree in Exercise Movement and Chronic Rehabilitation.
I have travelled the world to over 35 countries; have a 13 year old son and to this day believe with the right mindset, movement, nutrition and support we can all live a full and energetic life!
