I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Sports Nutritionist and Wellness Coach working passionately to help men and women increase vitality and quality of life through movement, nutrition, mindset and recovery.
I started in the fitness industry in 1998 as an aerobic instructor when I was 16 years old.
From there I have studied a Bachelor Degree in Human Movement Science and a Post Graduate Degree in Exercise Movement and Chronic Rehabilitation.
I have travelled the world to over 35 countries; have a 13 year old son and to this day believe with the right mindset, movement, nutrition and support we can all live a full and energetic life!
