The Body Recomp Commitment is a 6-month coaching program for women who are ready to stop starting over and finally see the body composition changes they've been working toward. Through customized training, nutrition guidance, and ongoing accountability, you'll build lean muscle, lose body fat, and create habits that last well beyond the six months.

My coaching journey started in a deeply personal place, but it’s grown into a mission to help both women and men build strong, resilient bodies and sustainable habits for life.
After welcoming my daughter in 2021, I was shocked by the lack of clear, trustworthy guidance around exercising safely during and after pregnancy. Even with over five years of experience as a CrossFit coach, I realized how much I didn’t understand about my own body. Recovery felt confusing and overwhelming, and the common advice of “just do what feels right” left me feeling lost. If I (someone immersed in fitness) felt this way, I knew countless others had to be feeling the same.
That experience ignited my passion for education-based, personalized coaching. In 2022, I became a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach, committed to helping women feel confident, informed, and supported through every phase of life, while also applying those same principles of smart training and sustainability to all clients, regardless of gender.
My background as a collegiate volleyball athlete at Moorpark College, competitive CrossFit athlete, and two-time National USA Weightlifting meet qualifier gave me a deep appreciation for performance and discipline, but it also exposed me to the downsides of extreme approaches. I struggled with an unhealthy relationship with food, driven by body image pressures and years of weight cutting. Hormonal imbalances later pushed me to take a more holistic look at health, leading me to rebuild my relationship with food and my body from the inside out.
I became a certified Nutrition Coach in 2022, and since then my philosophy has been simple: nutrition and fitness should support your life, not control it. I believe in fueling your body to feel strong, energized, and confident, while still enjoying food, flexibility, and the things that make life enjoyable.
I don’t do quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. My goal is to help clients create personalized, realistic strategies that evolve with their lives, building habits they can sustain for years, not weeks. Whether your goal is strength, performance, fat loss, postpartum recovery, or simply feeling better in your body, I’m here to guide, educate, and support you every step of the way.
