Get a taste of working with Coach Bri with this free 7-day virtual strength training plan. You'll need dumbbells, resistance bands with handles and mini loop bands to complete these workouts if you have access to a gym you can sub barbell exercises, cable machines, TRX and other machines as desired. Workouts can be completed in any order to fit your schedule. Plan includes: -5 strength training workouts (2 upper body, 1 lower body, 1 full body and 1 optional ab workout) -1 cardio session -Unlimited in app messaging with Coach Bri -Habit tracking for one custom goal (water, sleep, screen time etc) -Meal tracking and more! You'll also have priority access to book group classes and personal training appointments (additional costs apply).

I've helped people of all ages from their early 20's to over 80 years old. If you're looking to improve mobility, increase energy and feel strong while doing every day tasks, I can help!
