Using my Brett Forsey Fitness Mobile App, you'll save valuable time and effort trying to figure out what to do each workout, by letting me take care of that for you! Each week, I'll add customized workouts to your calendar within the app, complete with reminder notifications for you. Accountability has never been easier:). View exercise demonstration videos for all exercises and log each of your workouts quickly and easily, as you complete them. l even get a notification at the time of completion, so anticipate me getting back to you with a quick thumbs up or a comment, to cheer you on! Want to chat about things often? Direct message me with any questions you have at any time. Going on vacation and want to stay active? Complete your workouts whenever and wherever you go! Want time with me to discuss your progress? I've got you covered there as well! We can schedule bi-weekly video coaching calls (up to 45 mins), during a time that works for both of us. Online Fitness Coaching is a monthly subscription plan, with auto-renewal each month. HST is included, and you can cancel at any time. *Bonus - Include additional family members to your Online Fitness Coaching Subscription at half-price (per additional person)! It's incredibly important to me that I meet every client exactly where they are. Meaning, I make the movement(s) fit you, not the other way around. There are so many ways to scale exercises to accommodate experience and ability levels, as well as injury and importantly, confidence in performing exercises.

There is a science to designing the appropriate exercise program for individuals and groups, and an art to interacting with people in order to ensure that they feel confident in an challenging exercise environment.
