What is Online Fitness Coaching? Through customized programming, easy to follow workouts, and direct one-to-one support, you and I will be working together so that you can achieve your goals. What are the key features of Online Fitness Coaching? -Access to all of your materials and resources via the BFF (Brett Forsey Fitness) Mobile App, including; 4-5 days per week of individualized exercise routines, video instructions of all exercises, logging of results to capture data, ongoing messaging with me and much more! -Freedom to complete your workouts whenever and wherever you want, with minimal equipment needed. -Weekly Personal Coaching Session - Via Zoom (30 mins). -Bi-weekly Group Exercise Class - Via Zoom (45 mins). This session is led by me, and open to all personalized coaching clients to facilitate social fitness and bonding.
