ABOUT ME

I help men 40+ get lean, strong, and pain free without extreme diets or breaking their bodies.

My coaching is built for real life. It focuses on smart strength training, sustainable habits, and long term results that support longevity, performance, and confidence. No extremes. No quick fixes. Just proven results.

If you are a man over 40 who wants to train intelligently, feel better in your body, and stay strong for years to come, you are in the right place.

Here is why I coach this way.

I have always been active. I started training through ballet at the age of six and danced professionally into my late twenties.

On the outside, I was lean and athletic. At 63kg, I was skinny, underconfident, and often overlooked. I was strong behind the scenes, but not in the way I wanted to feel as a man. I experienced bullying and lacked the confidence I needed to fully back myself.

Eventually, I walked away from the ballet world.

I moved to Australia alone to rebuild everything from scratch. I learned English, committed to strength training, and made a plan. Not to help dancers, but to help men like me build real strength, confidence, and pride in their bodies.

Through years of consistent training and study, I rebuilt myself physically and mentally. Today, I am 80kg, strong, pain free, and confident in my body. I am a proud father, a coach, and a man who leads by example.

Alongside strength training, I also practice Brazilian jiu-jitsu and hold a blue belt. This has deepened my understanding of movement, joint health, resilience, and how the body needs to perform under real life demands. Many of my clients train jiu-jitsu or other sports, and my coaching supports them to stay strong, mobile, and injury-free.

For the past 15 years, I have dedicated my life to coaching and mastering strength training, mobility, rehabilitation, nutrition, and habit change, not just for aesthetics, but for longevity, performance, and purpose.

I have helped hundreds of clients, both in person and online, lose fat, build muscle, move better, and regain confidence in their bodies.

Today, my focus is simple. Helping men over 40 rebuild their prime.

Men who are busy.
Men who want results without pain or extremes.
Men who want strength and confidence that actually lasts.
