  • Fitnesss Plan - 2024 (Nov)

    This will be a Fitness Programme created and tailored specifically for your current fitness level and goals. You will also have full access to my Personal Training App for 2 MONTHS, so you can view exercise tutorial videos of every exercise. You'll also have a calendar where you can schedule your workouts (I'll schedule your first 8 weeks for you). You'll also be able to track your weights and reps. If you haven't done so already, be sure to complete my Fitness Programme Consultation Form so I have all the information I need to create your programme for you, or do this straight after you've purchased your plan. Alternatively you can contact directly to discuss your requirements. Upon purchase, you will have instant access to my Personal Training app, so you can take a look around. Please allow upto 48 hours for your programme to be created. I'll typically have it ready for you either same day or next day, and I'll schedule 2 months of training into your calendar for you (feel free to drag drop your workouts to other days). If you'd like to continue to have access to my Personal Training app after your first 2 months, you can subscribe to my Access Only plan for £4.99/month (optional). It's recommended that you change your programme every 6-8 weeks (optional, but recommended for motivatrion and to keep your muscles guessing). Drop me a message when you would like a new programme and we can discuss your progress and I'll advise how I would change or progress your programmes. You'll be sent a payment link via the my Personal Training app for your new programme (£50). Your programme data and reps weights etc will be saved even if you choose not to purchase the access only plan. As an added bonus you will also receive 2 months access to Trainerize, which will allow you to track your training, schedule workouts into your calendar, and you'll be able to see exercise tutorial videos of all the exercises on your programmes. I will send you an online questionnaire to fill out which will provide me with all the information I need to fully tailor your training. If you wish to keep using my Personal Training app after the 2 months is up, you are welcome to subscribe to my Access Only subscription for £4.99/month, and you'll be able to ask me any questions anytime you like. (2) 7 TAILORED DAY MEAL PLAN (£60) This will be fully tailored to your specific preferences, goals and requirements. I will send you a form to fill out asking lots of questions about your diet and food preferences, etc. ***BONUS ADDITIONS*** (3) 2 MONTHS TRAINERIZE ACCESS As mentioned above, you will have 2 months access, with the option to continue using the app afterwards for a small monthly fee (optional), or a copy of your programmes can be added to a PDF printable programme sheet if you prefer. I have been coaching and training clients both 121 and online for over 17+, following my degree in BSc Exercise Nutrition & Health, Level 3 & 4 Advanced Diploma, 3 Year CHEK Academy and numourous other fitness & nutrition courses which are on-going as I constantly keep my knowledge shape and up to date with the latest health, fitness & nutrition courses, and I have a military background.
