2 Days/week Sports Performance Program.
A 6 week progressive strength & conditioning program to get you in game shape for your upcoming season. This 3 day per week program will help improve your speed, agility, strength, and endurance while decreasing your likelihood for injury. We take our proven program that we have been using with our athletes for the past 8 years to prepare them for their sports and modify it to be done at the gym of your choice or at home. This program is perfect for field and court sport athletes who play: Football, Field Hockey, Basketball, Lax, Soccer, Tennis
This program is designed with the adult athlete in mind. No matter if you are a triathlete, obstacle course racer, avid pickleballer, weekend warrior, or just like to hit the golf course a few times a week, we will tailor a program just for you. With a focus on power development and full body strength, and a variety of conditioning and mobility drills, we will help you feel stronger and increase performance in your sport while also reducing the risk of injury.
This progressive training program is tailored to those who are looking to dominate on the field. Each session includes a warmup and movement prep, power and speed development including plyometrics and speed/agilityndrills, full body strength training, and energy systems conditioning for your sport. Ideal for athletes who play Lacrosse, Soccer, Field Hockey, Football, Tennis, Baseball, etc.
This program is perfect for those who are looking to learn the basics of Sports Performance Training or have little to no training background. This program is 8 weeks in total and includes 2 workouts per week. Each workout consists of a warmup, movement prep, power/speed or agility drills, beginner plyometrics, full body strength training, and energy system development. Upon completion of this program, you should be ready to start our Field Sports program which builds off of the foundational movement learned.
Exos Sports Performance Enhancement Specialist with a Masters degree in Physical Education and Human Performance and a Sports Psychology certificate. I've worked with students from middle school, high school, up to Division 1 athletes as well as adult athletes. We believe in empowering our clients to increase their athletic performance, reduce risk of injury, and reach their full potential through comprehensive evidence based training.
