Training plan
Individualized programming developed for you to get closer to your goals. Check ins included
2 Days/week Sports Performance Program.
1 Personal Training session per week.
Every month you will get 4 session credits for 1:1 Training (expire after 1 month)
This 9 week program is designed for a self-motivated High School or College athlete looking to make improvements over the summer in their strength, speed, and conditioning. It includes 2 Strength Days in the Gym and 1 Speed and Conditioning session per week. Programmed to help you dial in and peak right for the beginning of your fall season. You'll need access to a gym (weights, medicine balls) and a field.
1:1 training session. 24 cancellation policy - Any cancellations within 24 hours lose credit for that session. Cancellations outside of 24 hours can be rescheduled during the month.
Exos Sports Performance Enhancement Specialist with a Masters degree in Physical Education and Human Performance and a Sports Psychology certificate. I've worked with students from middle school, high school, up to Division 1 athletes as well as adult athletes. We believe in empowering our clients to increase their athletic performance, reduce risk of injury, and reach their full potential through comprehensive evidence based training.
