2 Days/week Sports Performance Program.
1 Personal Training session per week.
Every month you will get 4 session credits for 1:1 Training (expire after 1 month)
This 9 week program is designed for a self-motivated High School or College athlete looking to make improvements over the summer in their strength, speed, and conditioning. It includes 2 Strength Days in the Gym and 1 Speed and Conditioning session per week. Programmed to help you dial in and peak right for the beginning of your fall season. You'll need access to a gym (weights, medicine balls) and a field.
1:1 training session. 24 cancellation policy - Any cancellations within 24 hours lose credit for that session. Cancellations outside of 24 hours can be rescheduled during the month.
