The ALC Custom membership grants access to the AthElite Lifting Club training app with fully customized programing, on-demand workout library, meal plans, community groups, workout & meal tracking (calories, macros, etc), and direct access to our team of elite coaches! *All custom training programs will start on the following Monday, members must sign up by at least the Wednesday before they wish start their program in order to allow our coaches time to build out their custom program.

Adult Strength & Conditioning with Coach Neko Freeman @ DASH Performance. 12 sessions per month / 3 times per week.
Structured. Progressive. Team-driven. AthElite Team Training is a monthly strength and performance program designed to help you get stronger, move better, and train with intention. Each month features a focused training block built around foundational movement patterns and progressive overload — so you’re never guessing what to do or why. Current Training Block: Squat Push Pull Build total-body strength through intentional squat, push, and pull progressions. Inside Team Training, you’ll get: 3 structured strength days + 2 conditioning days each week Clear progression and RPE guidance Video demos and coaching cues Team accountability and support inside the app Train with purpose. Stay consistent. Progress with the team. *All levels welcome. Movements are scalable.
Drop-In Session @ discounted rate of $60 per session.

Off-Season Track & Field Training that focuses on improving speed, strength, power, technical efficiency and conditioning. Nutritional Guidance will also be provided to maximize off-season gains and accelerate progression.
