45 Minute In-Person Training Session
When I became a wife and a mom-I put my family needs before my own. I did not not put my oxygen mask on first. As a result, I became super unhealthy and depressed. As a matter of fact, so unhealthy that I almost died giving birth to my 3rd daughter. I was rushed to the hospital 3 months before I was due and found that all of my body’s organs were shutting. I developed HELLP and I had to have an emergency c-section to survive. My daughter was born 3 lbs and we both thrive today to tell the story.
So since I began my wellness journey, and have had a total transformation from not only losing 60+ pounds but also developing a stronger mind, body and spirit.
I feel like it’s now my life’s purpose to help moms elevate and take their life back by building a stronger, mind, and body.
I try to teach my clients that health and wellness goes beyond just the foods you eat and the exercises you do. I emphasize the importance of mental health throughout my programs through affirmation, journaling exercises, yoga, etc.
