About Elís Mar

I got certified through one of the leading Personal Training schools in Europe, finishing at the top of my class. I've also finished highly research based personal training course with focus on burning fat and building muscles.

I've tried many things in my life. Engineering school, kindergarten teacher or be it working in a store. But when I found fitness; training and diet, I felt home. Originally from Iceland, I've been living in Norway since January 2010. Before that, I spent a year and a half in Denmark, and have for the past 10 years traveled to around 20 European countries.
