As seen, I have my own online coaching services, Adapthetics. I graduated with a Bachelors in Kinesiology concentrating in Athletic Training, and currently studying to be a Doctor in Physical Therapy, class of 2027. From 2006 to present day, I have experience with learning about exercise and nutrition through schooling, and personal experience working as a fitness trainer.

My goal for Adapthetics is to help specifically the people from 25 to 65 years of age adapt to have a healthy, fit, and well balanced life from the daily schedule with ONLINE COACHING! With online coaching you save money from a regular public gym yet with all the knowledge of a educated and experienced trainer. With my knowledge, passion, and patience combined together you will get a workout that is YOUR workout. You will get a meal plan that is YOUR meal plan. This package will show you a glimpse into what I can offer you. The workouts for the 2 weeks is using your bodyweight and a pair of dumbbells. If it's easy or hard then after the 2 week trial is done it will give you and me an idea of how to tailor your workouts in the months to come. Ask questions throughout the trial if you have any.
