This package will show you a glimpse into what I can offer you. The workouts for the 2 weeks is using your bodyweight and a pair of dumbbells. If it's easy or hard then after the 2 week trial is done it will give you and me an idea of how to tailor your workouts in the months to come. Ask questions throughout the trial if you have any. Hi, I'm Rene A. Guerrero, and I'm the founder of Adapthetics, where I help busy individuals aged 25-65 achieve a healthy, fit, and balanced lifestyle.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Athletic Training and am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (Class of May 2027). My journey in fitness began years ago, and I've consistently honed my expertise in exercise and nutrition through both academic and practical experience, including working as a personal trainer.
