An introduction to the program and an opportunity to discuss your health, history, needs, concerns and goals. We get to know each other and may even get a look at your movement! Only available for new members looking to get started!

Hello! I'm a strength and conditioning coach who got my start at the University of Nebraska at Omaha as I earned my degree in Exercise Science. After working with teams for 4 years, in which time I was a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as USAW certified with Olympic Weightlifting, I started up at CrossFit Omaha. I earned my L1 in 2009, L2 in 2013 and L3 in 2019. I coached and eventually managed CrossFit Omaha for 8 years, until my first child was born. Now I continue to maintain my CrossFit certification and train people in my garage in Seward, NE as well as online via my own program. My program is complete with a 12-week on-ramp start up and then continual functional fitness, CrossFit-inspired training to be done at home, with little equipment. I include detailed instructional videos, plenty of advice on scaling and modifying for all levels, and try to answer any questions you may have. I am also available to personalize programs, depending on interest and equipment access. I love creating barbell programs or other specialized areas I can help in as well. My desire is to help people gain strength, flexibility, and confidence in order to take on the challenges of daily life well and thrive!
