You will have ongoing coaching and access to the calorie tracker, meal plans, and add-on workouts! I can develop a program and update it as needed to align with your goals and schedules. You will also have the ability to go independent at any time! You will be able to create day-to-day workouts, log all activities, and have the option of adding workouts from the kettlebell button and scheduling them to your calendar. You will be able to create and save all of your recipes to your profile. My name is Jalen Primus, and I'm a Fitness Trainer in Grand Rapids, Michigan. All of my services are currently online. I offer online nutrition coaching, habit coaching, and workout programs.
All programs are tailored to your consultation form, goals, and schedule. If you don't have a gym membership, I will create a home workout routine with dumbbells, kettlebells, and any other equipment you may have. If you lack equipment, you can follow on-demand instructor-led videos or complete body-weighted exercises. Those videos are 10-20 minutes long.
My nutrition coaching add-on includes a calorie tracker with a barcode scanner, search engine, and a meal plan tailored to your personalized macronutrients, dietary preferences, and daily meal frequency. For optimal results, get a food scale.
I will have all data and progress tracked in the app. Weight, body stats, progress photos, macros, workout milestones, and more! Sync your smartwatch to the app for more data. Recipes will include an ingredient list and clear directions. Many recipes will also come with a recipe video! Workouts will come with a demonstration video. Weigh in and update your progress photos on the 1st of every month!

I have a no-refund policy! I can adjust your program and calorie goals at any time. If you ever need to switch from a gym program to home training or from five days a week to three or any special scenario, I can accommodate you. If you have to take time off from training, you can work on habits and nutrition/meal tracking.
