Agility training for athletes that will be conducted on our Turf Football field. We will have College Football athletes participating as well as High School Football athletes. We will conduct timed cone drills, 40 yard sprint tests, and change of direction sport movement circular drills. Our College QBs will throw passes to those athletes who want route reps. Every participating athlete will be given our bonus 48 week Athlete Mindset Performance Playbook. 48 weeks of Mindset exercises and strategies to respond in sport better and play at high levels on a consistent basis.
